Returns, Refunds & Exchanges

We do refund on all items (apart from earrings) within 14 days from the day you receive the item if it is unused, untainted & Undamaged. Email will be sent to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a 1-7 day period. Please note; we are happy to take the items back if they are in good condition. Items which are subject to rejection of a refund are used, damaged or worn items.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund , first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take a few days before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Items are only replaced if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item or an item of the same value, send us an email at email@example.com and return your item to the address below.
